located near Northridge California is hiring a full-time Sr. System Administration Supervisor for administration and operations leadership of server operating systems, network security, and public facing internet applications. Responsibilities

• Leadership of IT team(s) delivering the results. • Hands-on, working administration of server operating systems, network security, and public facing internet applications. • Interfacing with key application and business contacts. • Active participation in requirements meetings with information technology’s internal customers. • Support active development and production environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Solid understanding of server OS (Linux, Windows 2003) administration/operation, network security, and architecture of public facing (Internet) applications. • Direct experience in a medium-sized server environment or larger (250-500 servers). • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel. • Leadership experience. • Ability to listen and articulate ideas orally and in writing. Plusses include: • Implementation experience with multiple infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, security). • Requirements analysis and design of multi-tier applications.
